5. Returns and Refunds

Conditions for return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If your product is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund (including return postage).
