1. Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK Consumer Rights.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product

  • Items must be returned to us within 14 days of notifying us

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items (unless faulty)

  • Items not returned in original packaging

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)


3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
We will:

  • Offer a replacement or

  • Provide a full refund (including return shipping)

Please include photos of the issue when contacting us.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

  • You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email gtechshop@hotmail.com
